At DW Sales, we have engineered mechanical systems for your hydronic heating systems that will arrive already assembled.  Depending on the needs of the project, we will design a mechanical system that will meet the demands that will be placed on it.  For most hydronic heating systems, we provide two boards that contain everything needed to service the heating unit and the heat system.

The Primary Loop Board is designed as the primary loop in a boiler system.  When a primary/secondary loop system is required, it can be paired with a Secondary Loop Board as your entire mechanical system.  The Primary Loop Board can come either with or without extra ports to supply your domestic water.  This allows your boiler to be paired with a sidearm tank to provide both your domestic hot water and your space heating.

The Secondary Loop Board provides control of your hydronic heating system for many applications.  Hot water travels into the Secondary Loop Board and disperses to your heating system.  The board incorporates pre-wired controls and control valves.  The board only needs to be wired to the thermostats and the boiler, greatly reducing the amount of labor required to install your system.

The Instantaneous Board is a complete hydronic mechanical system on a single panel.  The board can come equipped with a Seisco electric boiler or can be connected to an instantaneous water heater on site.  With the Instantaneous Board, your system is both simple, easy to install and cost effective.  It eliminates nearly all of the effort required to pipe your system and get it ready to heat.  See the Seisco boiler.
The Prestige Board was designed originally to accompany the Prestige Boiler by TriangleTube, but can be used in many applications.  In many situations where a primary/secondary system is not necessary, the Prestige Board will supply all needs of your system and can be set up for multiple zones if desired.  Let our designers build a Prestige Board for you.
